Clearview Hall This is where all tamer parties or get-togethers- weddings, anniversaries, ect...- are held. The area is large and spacious and the hall can be decorated to suit your needs. There is a very large deck outside that goes right out to the river. Moderator: DeadlySecrets

River Hangout If you follow the river far enough it will widen, deepen, and slep down a little bit. There are alot more trees here and the water is a bit colder, but it's the most fun spot of the entire river. One one of the trees that overlooks the river is a rope swing where people love to swing right into the river. There is also a clearing in this area for people to have a nice picnic. Fairgrounds
Riverside Pet Adoptions This is where everyone comes to buy their cats and dogs. There are pure-bred and mutts, but mainly mutts. People also come here to give their dogs or cats up for adoption when they can no longer keep them. Moderator: DeadlySecrets

Horse Sales/Trades Come here to buy, sell, or even to trade horses. People come here looking for a potential horse to buy, or sell a horse they no longer want for various reasons. Breeding stables also sell their foals here in large quantities at certain times of the year. Moderator: DeadlySecrets
Livestock Buy/Sell From chickens, to pigs, to goats and sheep, to cattle we have all the livestock needed for a ranch of any kind. Come here to buy individual animals or herds, depending on your needs and the needs of your ranch. Moderator: DeadlySecrets

White Sage Fairgrounds Welcome to the White Sage Fairgrounds, this is the place where all of our western events are held all the way from bull riding to barrel racing to calf roping, we do it all. Please watch for announcements for when upcomming events will be held and the results of the passed events.
